By accessing or using TIME Platforms you agree to comply with our Service Terms also referred as "Services" and our Privacy Policy and our TIME Money Back Guarantee Policy and our Charity Eligibility Policy and this Prohibited Activities Policy (collectively referred as "Policies"). You must not use TIME Platforms if you perform any of the activities, services or businesses described in this policy.
Our eligibility criteria:
To meet internal and external obligations, some activities or services or businesses and organizations may be prohibited or restricted from working with TIME Platforms. This is based on a range of factors including but not limited to the following:

Any form of crowdfunding.

Bearer share.

-
Credit repair and credit protection.

Debt repayment and collection.
-
E-wallet or e-money that can be monetize or re-sold or converted to physical and digital goods or services.

Fines or penalty collections of any kind.

Independent or unlicensed financial advisor service.

Life and non-life insurance sales and service.

Money transfer and remittance.

Payday or unsecured or any form of loans.

Payroll or invoice business services.

Provider or seller prepaid access.

Counterfeit products or replicas or designed infringements of them including products designed to circumvent IP.

Products or services or content designed to circumvent copyright protection techniques or to otherwise facilitate the unlicensed use of copyrights material, the use of our logo or our partner’s logo or anyone’s logo without our written permission in a way that creates reputation risk for us and our partners.

Business investment opportunities operating as “get rich quick schemes”.

Business models that use ransom or extortion like practices.

Business practices that are designed to evade excessive chargeback monitoring programs, data pass, any deceptive marketing tactics, fake references and other content or services that foster deception, inbound telemarketing for postcard or mailings.

Content or activities that promote hate or violence or discrimination or terrorism or harassment or abuse or bullying in any shape or form.

Pyramid selling or chain letter or any form of scams.

Charities, trust organizations and non-profit organizations that are affiliated with totalitarian regimes, extreme far right or far left activities, related to politics and religions, scams and any form of non-transparent activities.

Charities must follow the highest standards of compliance with our terms, provide access to their financial statements and practices, be as transparent as possible, follow the highest compliance standards in their respective jurisdiction, be authorized by us and our partners. We retain the right to deny access to charities that operate in jurisdictions out of the EU, UK, USA or elsewhere in case our team or partners can not monitor in detail their activities. We retain the to deny access to charities in our platform at any point.

Actions by TIME Platforms:
If, in our sole discretion, we believe that you may have engaged in any violation of this Prohibited Activities Policy, we may (with or without notice to you) take such actions as we deem appropriate to mitigate risk to TIME Platforms and any impacted third parties and to ensure compliance with our Service Terms and Privacy Policy and this Prohibited Activities Policy. Such actions may include, without limitation:

Suspending, restricting or terminating your access to and use of the TIME Platforms.

Blocking the settlement or completion of one or more payments.

Terminating our relationship with you, including termination without liability to TIME Platforms of any form.

Taking legal action against you.

Contacting and disclosing information related to such violations to (i) persons who have engaged in respective activities with you, (ii) any banks or Card Networks involved with your activities, (iii) law enforcement or regulatory agencies, and (iv) other third parties that may have been impacted by such violations.

Assessing against you any fees, penalties, assessments or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that we may incur as a result of such violations, which you agree to pay promptly upon notice.
Amendments:
This Prohibited Activities Policy may be amended by TIME Platforms at any time by posting a new version of it to our website. By accessing or using TIME Platforms after a new version is posted, you agree to all amendments reflected therein.
